We will charge £100 per hour (minimum of £50) for advice given for those clients who are not cover under the fix fee scale.
We will not charge for work that has not been under taken or has been under taken unnecessarily
We will not take unfair advantage of the client by overcharging for work done or to be done.
We will make clear to the client the costs of the work to be done before it is carried out or the advice is given.
We will advise the client of any additional work that needs to be under taken and any costs that may be incurred or for which that client may become liable.
